£5.90 per week per district, billed £25 a month, VAT included — £300 a year. No joining fee, no contract, no per-lead charges, no commission. During the founding period you pay nothing until your district page sends you your first enquiry, and your founder rate is locked for as long as you hold the district.
When does billing actually start?
On the day your page sends your first enquiry — a real person asking for a clean. You'll get an email the moment it happens, 48 hours before the first charge, so nothing ever lands on your card unannounced. Until then you pay nothing at all, however long that takes.
What does "yours for life" actually mean?
While you keep the standards, nobody can take your district — not a bigger firm, not a higher bidder, not us. The standards: keep the £25 subscription going once it starts, respond to enquiries within two working days, keep doing quality work, and stay an active cleaner. Cancel any time, but the district goes straight back on the board.
Will the price rise on me?
No. Your claim-day rate is locked for as long as you stay active — founder pricing is permanent. Future price rises only ever apply to new claims. That's a real reason to claim early, and we'd rather say it plainly than invent a countdown clock.
